1995 plymouth neon 2.0L sohc clutch problems?

i put in a new clutch in my neon..now i have a manual trans-axle fluid leak so i changed axle oil seal but its still leaking so i pull off the rubber clutch inspection cover and seen trans-axle fluid on the clutch and sometimes i'm unable to select 2nd and 3nd gear ..help...thanks
