Ha, my boyfriend is 26 and he has hair on his face, yes.. but no way in heck would he be able to grow a beard! or even a goatee at that! its really just a growth thing... could also be genetic.. maybe your mom's side of the family has slow or thin hair growth. just wait, it'll come when it wants to.
